14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Ataiva for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and the word "refund" in the subject line. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

After 14 Days

After the 30-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual Plans

Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you can cancel but the remaining balance is non-refundable.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle and will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
