1. Information We Collect

Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.

Brand data: Brand names, domains, and keywords you choose to track.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and timestamps for improving the service.

AI traffic data: If you install our tracking snippet, we collect referrer URLs, landing pages, and country codes for visitors arriving from AI engines. We do not collect personal information about your website visitors.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI visibility tracking and analytics
• To send visibility alerts and reports you've opted into
• To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns
• To communicate about your account and service updates

3. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We do not share your brand data with other customers
• We do not use your data for advertising
• We do not track your website visitors with cookies

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers in the EU (eu-west-1). Database connections are encrypted in transit. API keys are stored as environment variables, never in code. See our Security page for details.

5. Data Retention

We retain your AI visibility data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI, Google, Anthropic APIs — to query AI engines on your behalf
• Paddle — payment processing (they are the Merchant of Record)
• AWS SES — transactional email delivery

7. Your Rights

You can export your data at any time via CSV export. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page. For GDPR requests, email [email protected].
