Why we exist
Hundreds of millions of people use ChatGPT every week. When someone asks "what's the best project management tool?", the AI's answer shapes a buying decision. If your startup isn't in that answer, you're invisible to a growing share of your market — and you probably don't even know it.
We built Ataiva because we're founders too, and we needed to know: "Does AI recommend us?" The answer surprised us. It'll probably surprise you too.
Built on official APIs
In March 2026, several AI visibility tools broke overnight when OpenAI changed internal metadata they were scraping. Those tools were built on undocumented shortcuts — reading browser network traffic that was never meant to be a data source.
Ataiva is built exclusively on official, documented APIs from OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. When models update, our data keeps flowing. No shortcuts. No scraping. No surprises.
What makes us different
- Cross-brand intelligence — Every AI response we collect contains data about multiple brands. Over time, this builds a dataset that new competitors can't replicate.
- AI traffic attribution — We don't just show you mentions. We show you the visitors those mentions send to your website.
- Reddit monitoring — Reddit content directly influences LLM training data. We track what Reddit says about you today, because that's what ChatGPT will say about you tomorrow.

What We Don't Do Yet
We believe in transparency. Here's what we're still building:
- Google AI Overviews & AI Mode — We track ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek. Google AI Overviews tracking is on our roadmap.
- Proven traffic ROI — The correlation between AI mentions and traffic is still being established industry-wide. We provide the data; we don't guarantee the outcome.
- Real-time monitoring — Free plans scan weekly, Pro scans daily. Business plans offer more frequent monitoring but not continuous real-time streaming.
- SOC 2 certification — We follow security best practices but don't have formal SOC 2 certification.
- Multi-language support — Currently English only.
