How to Change the Timestamp of a File on Mac/Linux

If you have a file on your machine, and you want to change the created/modified time/date stamp, then you can use the touch command.

touch -t 202202011308.57 someFile.jpg

In the above example, the timestamp will be changed to <meta charset="utf-8">2022-02-01 13:08:57.

Simply remove all non-decimal characters and place a period before the seconds.
